OK.The National Meet is booked in for October 2009 make sure you can get your holidays booked in early.
This year we will be taking Mildura by storm .
You and your family are all welcome to come and you dont need to own a Eureka.
We are planning on a variety of things for you guys to take part in but you will have to stay tuned for more info closer to the time.

Just starting to look into how much I need to save up, and went to check out how far it is from the Central Coast NSW to Mildura Vic. 1082.1 klick, and 11.5 hours, approx.

About the same distance to Ballarat. That was about $265 in petrol.

Hmm, Goverment handout.......

Oh, I realize that. I just really hadn't looked up the distance before, and the fact that it is about the same distance helps in calculating fuel usage, at least to me anyway.   Wink

as long as accomadations not too high i'll be ok.i've been getting some taken out of my pay each week and kept at work(don't get it ,don't miss it)
then when holls start i should'nt have to put much more to it.

National Meet update.
Just to keep everyone up with any news about the meet
Mildura events have it listed already on their website for events in October
It has been advertised in Customkitcar mag if you dont get it so you know
I have another article for a local mag that will be put in a little later closer to the time and also have contacted several other interested organisations in regard to us coming up there.
Motel is booked
Dinner is booked
Two other events have been arranged
