Morph, Goat, Reek, whatever.....

G'day gang,

Here's another Shannons sponsored event at the Moe Horse Racing Club in Gippsland Victoria on Saturday May 22 for all you interested Victorians and anyone else who'd care to come along for the drive or course.  Smiley

Entry is only $20 per car (includes 2 people) and there is a $5,000 prize for best car in show and $2,500 for runner up as well as $3,000 for best bike so they are obviously trying to draw a big crowd.  Cool

All the details including a registration form can be found here --> www.moeracingclub.com.au

Moe is about 120km south east of Melbourne straight down the M1.  It's about 50km from my place and 20km from Morris's place so you can guess that we'll both be there (although I've already given up on the $5,000)  Sad

Hoping to catch up with a heap of you there,

PP.

 Shocked ****NEWS FLASH ****  Shocked

We've just found out that the gates open at 8:00am and not 9:00am as advertised on the poster on the website so we will be there an hour earlier for those intending to hook up with us on the way in.

Meet up on the M1 under the Drouin/Robin Hood overpass at 7:30am if you'd like to or at least let me know you're coming (0418 307 973) so we can save a spot alongside the rest of us.

There are 4 of us going so far  Grin

Here's that link again, www.moeracingclub.com.au

Don't be scared now.....

What an absolutely glorious day to be out in a Reek!  Cool

4 of us turned out for this event and Tim came amazingly close (about 3 feet away to be precise Cheesy) to taking out the runner up best car prize.  Close but no cigar unfortunately.
