Hi Cyco, This guy came up asking what the cars were worth, I told him I would walk home if he gave me 20k cash thinking that would get rid of him.
He looked and ask questions for 30 minutes then swapped phone Nos. 1 hour later he brought his brother back for a look. I think he just takes his time kicking tyres.

Ah, I see. Fair enough. Sounds like the guy was half interested though.

Hi Dave, I wasnt realy even considering getting rid of the car, but if I did, it would have to be for money as I already have to many toys.

Hi Morris,
I said something similar to an older bloke at a car show I had my reek at in Darling Harbour in '95. I'd just spent 2 full days putting every panel back on the car after a full respray. It looked magnificent. I drove it to the show that morning, dusted it carefully, put the barrier around it and this guys' asking me how much I wanted for it.

At that stage it owed me a total of 25 including the cost of the car so I blurted out 35 gorillas. He pulled out his cheque book and started writing. Noooo! Four years of work and I hadn't had enough time driving it! Gee's I'm glad I didn't sell. It's a major part of my soul now...

He's out there, somewhere, hoping to finish his reek before he's too old to drive it....
