Back to the car
I have now changed to the ford patten will pick up front rotors 27/5/2010 all ready have rears. The holden rotors would not fit the front in uprights i am using. Wheels i should be picking up in the next few days. I have picked up a few bits over the last month and should be fitting them over the next weekend so may have some good pictures on sunday or monday night.
Will be fitting
Rear disk brakes (Ford)
Front rotors (Ford)
Front brake calipers (HSV)
Pedal Box (Andrew)
Brake lines
Rear coil overs
Steering box's plus linkages (Andrew)
Fuel lines
Battery Cables
Hydraulic Clutch
And last but not least drive shafts so if all works out i may do a gocart video

Regards

Andrew

Or i could just end up screaming!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi

Tire size is at present up to fleabay some thing to push the car around maybe a lap around the block.
The final size will be up to the engineer I would like somthing like
Front 17" *265*45/50
Back  17" * 335*45/50
Still have to check what will fit, when body is bolted back on and then consault the engineer and of corse the cost.
Old tires were 15*245*65 front i think and 15*265*65 rear would have to check.A lot like cycos 15-20 years old.

Those would certainly be nice and wide, just over 13". My current rears are 10".

Mind you, he'll probably have better chances of getting rubber that size on 17" rims than my 265 on 14"s.

Andrew is just trying to beat my  current width of 315mm on the ass.
Good luck to him but let's see what he comes up with....

Hi
Have now calmed down and I got my refunds from everyone (And a few Tshirts).
Rear disk brakes (Ford) Installed see pictures
Front rotors (Ford) Got them working on
Front brake calipers Now changed to Ford will look over Monday
Pedal Box (Investigating)
Brake lines, see above
Rear coil overs DONE
Steering box's plus linkages (Andrew) Cleaned will install tommorow (Monday)
Fuel lines ,Monday
Battery Cables as above
Hydraulic Clutch , (Investigating)

Have now gone with Ford stud patten all round and brakes I will be designing the fronts Monday.
The rears are EL Falcon I have installed them and have still to design the hand brake (Should not be to hard)
The fronts are BA Falcon big and cheap used by ford to pull up a 1.8 ton car so the Eureks should be no problem I will be constructing the mounts for the calipers Monday the rotors will be mounted on a machined hub (Have all ready done a mock up)with Ford stud patten.
The wheels now fitted are BA steel rims 16" by ??  to allow me to move the car may be good enough to use for rego will have to talk to Blue slip man.
