Australia Day 2018

G'day gang,

This Friday January 26th is Australia Day and there are heaps of shows, displays and events that have been organised around the country to celebrate so I'm sure everybody will be out there in their Reeks showing them off to the Aussie public.

But just in case you haven't got anything organised but would like to participate in the celebrations the Longwarry CFA is doing their bit and holding a flag raising ceremony at Longwarry Memorial Park in Bennett St Longwarry right next to the Fire Station straight across the road from the Longwarry Pub.  The fun starts at roughly 10:00am and goes 'till mid afternoon and the CFA puts on a sausage sizzle and there's drinks and refreshments available too.

I'll be there with my 2 Reeks and would love to see some more Reeks join me.  The Studebaker Car Club will also be there as well as a heap of other cars, trucks, bikes and other vehicles.  It was a great turn out last year and this year is planned to be bigger and better.
