Morph, Goat, Reek, whatever.....

« on: Thursday, 11 December, 2014, 07:59:34 AM »

G'day gang,

A fellow Reeker from Tassie has asked me the question so I am posting it here for all and sundry to have a crack as I can't remember whether we've broached this subject before or not;

What would be the appropriate collective pronoun for two or more Eurekas together in the one place?

Something like a murder of crows, or a gaggle of geese, or a caravan of camels, or a drunkenship of cobblers or ..........

There's got to be something fitting for our Reeks.

One of the blokes here at work suggested an assembly Huh??

Give it your best shot.  Grin Afro Whistle

Hmm... "Crew" or a "Shift", referring to a collective pronoun for miners (...in reference to the Eureka/Stockade)?

I like Assembly of Reeks. IE; assembling a kit car. Fairly clever I think.

But, what about a Convoy of Reeks.

Hi kids,
             Susie suggested a 'rally' of reeks. I like it.

If there was an assembly of Reeks you could call it a SMELL
