Try pressing the F5 key while holding the Ctrl key down to force your Web browser to go and download the latest version from the web which should stand it back up on it's wheels.

If that doesn't work, try using Shift and F5. (It all depends on what version of which Web browser you are using Smoke and mirrors stuff really) 

Failing that, try using another computer .......

I just went and checked it, and it fixed itself. Wonderful computers. lol
