I was the only one to suffer a significant failure. Yes Ted it was the coil. A new one from Repco and it fired right up. Fortunately it failed on the last night so I had to push it onto the trailer. Thanks Paul and Richard. One gem that came from our Youtube sharing was this ad. A real product, brilliantly advertised. Worth the look. Trevor and Julie were in the right place at the right time and got talking to the editor of VW Magazine Australia and the end result can be found in the current edition of VWMA on page 80 as shown below.
