Sorry about the delay, but here are the pictures of the two roof's side by side. Virgin roof on virgin shell, compared to the freight damaged Malaysian roof.

Fibreglass is very thin. If ordering, it would be recommended to pay a bit extra and get it thickened.

lexen is preferred to perspex for sidewindows because it doesn't scratch in regards to the asian roof being polycarbonite i got that mismatch from a thought we all mistakes occasionally i ain't afraid to admit that..

Sorry cruetoone, but you've got everything bass ackwards.
Lexan is a brand name, and perspex is acrylic. Its true that acrylic doesn't scratch as easily as polycarbonate, but the problem is that it shatters into big sharp pointy shards. Polycarb will absorb a huge impact and will more than likely tear the mounting screws off before it breaks. It is more expensive, and it does scratch easier, but I think (haven't bothered to check) that acrylic is illegal because of the whole safety issue.
