The committee is just waiting on some details but more than likely the date for the event will be the weekend after the V8 Race.
So that means and this will have to be confirmed yet but
12th, 13th and 14th of October looks to be the date but please DO NOT book it in just yet until we have confirmation on accom.
We will put it up once we receive word from  (Scouting Party).

I have been thinking  Whistle ( and for all you who thought I could'nt )  Grin
I am sitting on my computer and as you all know I just love computers
I have come up with this idea
last year we had fancy dress and it was a great success
so this year being at Bathurst the home of the greatest race track in Australia I think we should have a theme
question what colour's ( I know for all you smarties out there these are not classified as colour's just humor me ) is the finish flag
That's right you are a smart lot
This year you have to wear on the Saturday Night Dinner BLACK and WHITE to be considered for a prize
best dressed gets the prize
so get your thinking caps on  Huh?
and no Birthday Suits I want to enjoy my dinner  Cry
