Rob Roy 20th Historic & Classic Hillclimb

I was at the local Bakery in Kinglake today and noticed an advert for the "Rob Roy 20th Historic & Classic Hillclimb" on the 27th of November.
Now I'm not certain exactly what's required to compete... however I thought it might be a fun day for some Eureka's to "have a fang".
