Anyone else interested? Doesn't matter if you don't have a 'reek, or even in the club. Hell, if you're browsing this forum as a 'guest', are in NSW around the Sydney/Newcastle area, and want to see one of these weird things up close (and maybe even get to ride shotgun in one), speak up!

 Cool

There are some great roads to dive on around here, but there really isn't much in the way of a venue to gather at where we could eat/drink and keep the cars in view. That is unless we decide to get some take away and eat at the water front. But if we do that, then no drinking alcohol. Which probably isn't that bad an idea, after all, we all have to drive back home.

I just had an idea kids.
How about we meet up as a club at the Sydney Motorex in a couple of weeks time? I have a car or two on display there and the best of the best past winning show cars will also be present. We could wear our club jackets and hang out with the legends...

Or not. Just a thought.

That's not a totally bad idea Simon. Though we'd be outclassed by the rolling artwork that gathers under it's roof. Do they 'accommodate' car clubs, ie, have a section of parking space set aside for clubs? I'm not even thinking in the main buildings, probably outside.

For those who don't know, it's on on the 24th-25th of this month. Only leave a couple of weeks to plan. And it's held at the Sydney Olympic Park.

Only thing is, I'll be working that weekend. Typical, I work one in five weekends, and it would be on that weekend. Don't let that stop anyone. In fact, if anyone doesn't go for that reason (because I'm working that weekend), I'll come around and steal your tyres!!  lol

Hi

Think they are 14" havent looked real hard all ways though they 15" untill i installed my brakes
Thye tires are not much good badly cracked think they may only be good for smoke generation.
Rims would need repairing weather has got to the metal inserts for the studs
