Morph, Goat, Reek, whatever.....

« on: Wednesday, 25 November, 2015, 02:42:35 PM »

It's hard to keep a good man down.

Morris got wind of the Holden Hurricane coming to the Trafalgar Holden museum a while ago so he kept on their case until he got the chance to line up a Reek with the Hurricane and here's the results Smiley

And there's plenty more photos of it up on our Photobucket account in the "Holden Hurricane" folder here;
http://s480.photobucket.com/user/eurekacarclub/Holden%20Hurricane/story

And in Morris' own words,
Quote
We would like to thank - Neil, Peter and Ann from the TRAFALGAR HOLDEN MUSEUM as well as Dean and Andrew from Holden for their help and allowing us access to the Holden Hurricane to get these photos.

The car was on display at the Museum as part of their first celebrations.  It has now gone back to Fishermans Bend, Melbourne where it is normally kept.

The Museum trafalgarholdenmuseum@gmail.com is well worth a visit if you are traveling through the area.  A lot of good displays and information not seen in normal car museums.  All of it is Holden related.

Trafalgar is 130km east of Melbourne on the Princes Highway.  Victorian members make a special trip!

Nice shirt too Morris!

Oh yeah.

Err, I was just looking at these before the post was started. I accidentally uploaded a couple of photos from my phone yesterday to PhotoBucket, but even even though I had my account open on the phone, it decided to upload them to the club account. I just remembered about it and went in to delete them....and saw these photos. Damn bloody awesome. Top work Morris. Someone give than man a Eureka!   Grin

Mind if I share with our cousins on the other side of the respective ponds?

Great photo Morris. Not too many cars can make a Eureka look "bulky". Grin

Hi Cyco,  No problems with sharing. I ask Dean from Holden for permission to put photos on our forum, he said go for it.
 There is nothing there that is not already on the internet anyway. Those that know my computer skils know that I have trouble shopping for a photo let alone photoshopping! SO THESE ARE THE REAL DEAL.

Regards Morris.
